The Flats is a modern, yet rustic building inspired by the original building materials like natural wood, polished concrete, exposed steel beams, and corrugated metal siding used on the property 100 years. 



 

The Flats has easy access to all of the Cannery District offerings, quick access to downtown Bozeman and Bridger Canyon, and panoramic views of the Bridgers to the north and the Gallatin range to the south.
